5th Grade Celebration

The GHE 5th Grade Celebration will begin at 12:25pm in the Green Hope Elementary Gym and will be followed by a pizza picnic for 5th grade students and light refreshments for families.

We need your help to make this end-of-school-year event fun and memorable for the kids! There several ways to help, including set up, running stations at the picnic, donating food items and supplies, and cleaning up. Volunteer information is coming soon. 

Arrival & Check In

All parents and joining family members must sign-in in the gym foyer upon arrival. Please arrive early enough to complete check-in and find your spot before the clap-out beings at 12:25.

Finding Your Spot

After checking in, please find a place to stand alongside the red carpet. Kindly do not stand or step on the red carpet, so our 5th graders can enjoy their entrance.

During the Clap Out

Please stay in your spot and enjoy the moment - there will be plenty of photo opportunities! Clap, cheer, and celebrate our graduates as they make their way down the red carpet!

After the Clap-Out

Please wait for all 5th graders to walk through the gym and be celebrated before exiting the gym to find your student. Parents are invited to enjoy light refreshments and mingle in the designated area. Students will join their classmates at the picnic shelter for pizza and games.

Checking Out

If you choose to check your student out of school early you must sign them out with their teacher.
