We're celebrating the whole school finishing The Penderwick’s: A Summer Tale of Four Sisters, Two Rabbits, and an Interesting Boy during Read Across America week with activities inspired by the book!

Monday-March 4: Dress as your favorite book character.

Tuesday-March 5: It's a teacher work day!

Wednesday-March 6: Dress in your fanciest clothes for tea and poetry day.

Thursday-March 7: Bring in your favorite flower from your garden or store to make a group flower arrangement for your classroom to enjoy. Bonus…do you know the Latin name of your flower?  

Friday-March 8: Dress in Comfy clothes today to show your support for Healthy Readers Day. Bring in your comfort items like Batty had for her wings, stuffed animals, and her dog.
